No. We offer industry category exclusivity, so once you secure your category on a board or screen, we won't accept another advertiser from the same category there while you're booked. Your business stands out without a direct competitor beside it.
How many people will see my ad?
On average, our supermarkets see 8,000 to 15,000 shoppers a week, and many are regulars who see your ad week after week. Traffic varies by store, so we'll help you choose locations that suit the customers you want to reach.
How much does it cost?
Advertising starts from $25 a week per store at selected locations. Pricing depends on the store and package, and we often have introductory offers for new advertisers. We'll help you find a location and package that suits your business and budget.
How do customers contact me from my ad?
Your ad can carry a QR code linking to your website, contact details or a special offer, plus your phone number. Notice board ads can also include a brochure or business card holder, so shoppers can take your details home.
Can I advertise in more than one supermarket?
Yes. Choose one store or several to reach customers across multiple suburbs or towns. Significant discounts are available for multi-store bundles and longer terms.
Do I need to design or install the ad myself?
No, we take care of it. Our design team can create a professional ad for a small artwork fee, and we organise printing, installation and scheduling. Already have artwork? Send it through and we'll check it's suitable.
How quickly can my ad start?
Usually 3 to 6 weeks after you sign, depending on the location and format. Your term only starts once your ad is live, so you don't lose any advertising time while it's being prepared.
How long is the contract?
We'll agree a term that suits your goals and budget. Longer terms give your business more time to build recognition with local shoppers. When your initial term ends, your ad continues month to month, so you keep your spot and your category without rebooking.
What if I want to cancel?
To finish at the end of your initial term, give us one month's notice before it ends. If you've moved to month to month, you can cancel any time with three months' notice. All terms are set out in your agreement.
